PositiveGear was built out of frustration. Every tool that existed was either too expensive, too complex, or only showed the mortgage repayment — ignoring all the other costs that determine whether a property actually makes money.

Who Built This

PositiveGear was built by a Queensland-based Environmental Health Officer with a passion for property investment and zero prior coding experience. Every feature was designed around one question — what would I actually need to know before buying an investment property?
